Jeremy’s 1st month of eating right

As we said in previous posts, we began Insanity & P90X workouts July of 2010 but on August 1st of 2011 we decided to change the way we eat.  Enter the P90X “Diet Plan”. Granted we have modified it a bit to be more exact by using an app on our iPhone called “Tap & Track” to measure every calorie and gram of protein, carbohydrate, and fat going into our mouths.

We decided that the first six weeks of our new way of eating we were going to do “The Fat Shredder” portion of the P90X diet.  Without going into a bunch of specifics our daily caloric consumption is split up in this fashion:  50% Proteins, 30% Carbohydrates, and 20% Fats.

Now realize it’s hard to give out this information because, well, no one wants to admit to their “fluffiness” but if this encourages one person…ugh…will do!

As of August 1st, 2011 Jeremy’s measurements were:

  • Weight - 182lbs
  • Chest - 40”
  • Waist (Navel) - 36 1/2”
  • Hips - 38 3/4”
  • Right Thigh - 23”
  • Left Thigh - 23 1/4”
  • Right Arm - 15 14”
  • Left Arm - 15 1/4”
  • Body Fat - 16.63%
  • Pounds of Body Fat - 29.41lbs
  • Lean Body Weight - 147.39

As of August 30th, 2011 Jeremy’s measurements were:

  • Weight - 172.8lbs
  • Chest - 38”
  • Waist (Navel) - 34 1/2”
  • Hips - 38”
  • Right Thigh - 22 3/4”
  • Left Thigh - 23”
  • Right Arm - 15”
  • Left Arm - 15”
  • Body Fat - 13.69%
  • Pounds of Body Fat - 23.66lbs
  • Lean Body Weight - 149.14lbs

Imaging the pictures in the next post (taken on August 30th, 2011) with two extra inches around his chest and two extra inches on the love handles.  Yeah you have to imagine those pictures cause he’s not prepared to release those yet…the one’s we are posting were hard enough to talk him into releasing :)
