Well, I haven’t posted anything for awhile so this is definitely overdue! We are still out on tour right now, but it is finally starting to wind down. In about a month we will finally be home back in Nashville…..yee haw!!
Life on the road is tough in the first place, but trying to stay healthy on the road is tough plus a million. As far as eating goes we have let the reins loosen a little and have not been quite as strict as we had been. Trying to get back on track somewhat is extremely hard and I’m guessing until we get home, won’t. Just being honest.
We have done well with our workouts though. Sometimes we do have to take 1-2 off because of driving or just a very busy day, but we get right back on track. We always have people ask, “How do you workout on the road?” Well, it’s easy, we have portable workouts like P90X and Insanity and we take our equipment with us. Sometimes we might have to switch around days because there may not be access to a doorway for our pull-up bars. Here are some of the crazy places we have worked out on this tour…..a hotel stairwell landing, a hotel hallway, outside patio area, a hotel room, poolside, a church, a garage, and many more I can’t think of! Just give us a little room & maybe a doorway & we can do it!
