Today we finally had enough time off (we are still out on tour) to take our measurements and calculate our body fat. So here is my (Jeremy’s) numbers and my losses since September 13th:

Body Fat 12.48% 12.07% .41%
I was really hoping to be under 10% Body Fat by this time BUT life on the road has been taking it’s toll. Sometimes we don’t have time to workout because we have a long drive to our next show or there just isn’t a place to workout. There’s also the issue of when promoters or host families make us a meal…what can one do? Turn it down? That would be terribly rude and we just work through it as wisely as we can.
So although I’m disappointed that my numbers aren’t better…I’m happy that I’m still moving forward!
