Goodbye fat shredder!!!
Tomorrow is the last day of my fat shredder phase and I’m pumped!!! Kaci finished earlier this month as she had made it to a good place…I wanted to burn more of the extra off.
Right now I’m really struggling to make it through the days as my fat stores are getting low and my carb intake is low…so I’ve come to the end of the line for the fat shredder phase. Next...

Well, I just wanted to let you all know where I’m at as of 9/13/11 with my numbers and all that good stuff. After 6 weeks of doing a Fat Shredder diet of 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fat this is where I’m at:
Lost about 3lbs
Lost 1” around chest
Lost 1/2” around waist
Lost 3/4” around navel
Lost 3/4” around hips
Lost 3/4” from each thigh

As we said in previous posts, we began Insanity & P90X workouts July of 2010 but on August 1st of 2011 we decided to change the way we eat. Enter the P90X “Diet Plan”.
